As someone who once thrived in the fast lane, constantly busy and (unknowingly) stressed, Clare found breathwork as the tool she needed to slow down and completely transform her life. Through breathwork, Clare discovered she had been ignoring crucial stress signals from her body for years.

After diving into four breathwork courses, she didn't just learn techniques - she totally flipped the script on how she saw herself and how she connected with everyone around her. Now, she combines breath techniques with somatic movements to tap into her body's wisdom. As a breathwork coach, Clare is dedicated to helping others use breathwork as their tool to take back control of their life, guiding them to use the power of breath to start LIVING.
