Today is part of Mental Illness Awareness Week in the US and this is a special bonus episode.

Sometimes exercising can be difficult to get started with. Zumba is one option that feels more like a dance party than exercising. It is fun and easy to learn and you can be moving to the music in no time.

You do not need any previous experience to start Zumba and there are many different kinds that support specific niches, such as seniors and children. Zumba is also offered online and you can join a class from the comfort of your own home.

Although it might not feel like a grueling workout, you still get all of the amazing mental and physical benefits of movement and exercise from Zumba. Who knew dancing could be such a fantastic holistic healing tool?
