Carey Shoemaker teaches Qigong and Tai Chi in Phuket, Thailand, and online. She learned Qigong from the Pengzu lineage and everything she knows about working with energy from powerful healer and energy worker, Sifu Ludovic.

Tai Chi is a martial art that is used for healing. Qigong originated in China thousands of years ago and is a core practice of Chinese Medicine.
