In this episode, we explore how the lives we lead can shape our health in ways that stretch far beyond genetics. The conversation opens up a perspective on healing that challenges what many of us believe is already fixed, and asks us to look at the small and large influences that can change the course of our wellbeing.

Rather than accepting illness as something written in stone, we consider what becomes possible when we understand that change is always happening in our bodies. This conversation offers a space to look at health through a new lens and to explore how empowered healing can become part of our daily lives.
