Today marks World Mental Health Day and this is a special bonus episode.
It has been said that everything we need to heal can be found in nature. And indeed, many modern medicines and medications are plant derivatives and contain plant ingredients.
Plant medicine can become part of our everyday holistic healing approach and help with physical ailments, as well as our mental and emotional health. The abundance of healing plants and herbs found in nature is truly incredible.
Incorporating herbalism into our healing journey encourages our innate whole body healing process and is gentle and supportive of our own healing abilities. And sharing this journey with an amazing Clinical Herbalist can make a huge, positive difference.
Nedda Elizabeth is a Clinical Herbalist and Natural Healing Guide that specializes in connecting her community with the powerful medicine that our Earth provides, while empowering those she serves to explore the innate healing abilities that exist within us all.
Believing in a holistic approach to health and healing, Nedda not only treats physical symptoms, but also provides patients with the emotional and spiritual tools to grow, evolve, and make lasting positive changes. She primarily works with those recovering from grief and loss, healing from trauma or addiction, patients facing major life change or stressors, and those with chronic illnesses and ailments that require symptom management and/or immune support.
Currently, Nedda works with clients and patients privately both in-person, and online. This fall she is opening her community’s first Apothecary and Wellness Center, and will also be expanding her online outreach to include group sessions and support, on-demand classes and workshops, and healing toolkits.
