Today is part of Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK and this is a special bonus episode.

Endometriosis is a common and often misunderstood condition that affects many women worldwide. It occurs when the tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus grows outside of it, causing pain and discomfort. Endometriosis can be a debilitating and isolating condition to live with. With the right support and care, it is possible to manage its symptoms and live a fulfilling life.
