January 6, 2026
Dr. Lesley Kirkpatrick

When we experience stress and our emotions begin to rise, our minds can feel crowded and difficult to untangle. Understanding those patterns helps bring attention back to what is happening inside us and opens space to respond with more intention and compassion.

As technology evolves, digital support for mental health is becoming more personal and accessible. We explore how technology is profoundly changing the landscape of mental health care, opening possibilities that are transforming not only how we heal but how we understand the mind itself.
