Rachel Hurmence
Rachel Hurmence is a functional medicine and holistic health coach that works in a network of clinicians to provide her clients with lab testing, treatment plans, supplement protocols, and health coaching. She works with a wide variety of people who struggle with thyroid conditions, gastrointestinal problems, hormone concerns, or autoimmune conditions.
Rachel has a degree in psychology and studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to receive her health coaching certification. She has been coaching for 3 years and is currently studying to take the board exam through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching at the end of 2023. She has experience in women’s health and weight loss coaching and has worked with a variety of functional medicine and naturopathic doctors. She is originally from Georgia but moved to Utah two years ago to pursue her passion for outdoor adventures in the mountains.
