Her holistic approach to healing helps individuals to understand that the pathway to conscious healing and navigating the human experience is not always a clear or easy one. Oftentimes along the way it is useful to have an aid to help lessen the impact.
Brenda offers coaching services, workshops, emotional wellness training programs and even tarot readings to assist you in your journey from mindfulness, to heartfulness, to soulfulness.
