Katie has overcome a decade-long battle with chronic illness (ME). She has lived in complete hopelessness, feeling like a shadow in the lives of those she loves. Understanding the pain of living with an “invisible illness”, Katie has surpassed her own limiting beliefs about healing. She has transformed her journey of pain and despair into a beacon of hope for others.
Beyond healing, Katie is the author of Chronically Awesome - Curing the Incurable: Giving M.E. the Middle Finger, Uncovering Trauma, and Awakening the Spirit.
