Jill Foos is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach located in Chicago. She developed a deep connection and interest in health and wellness starting at age 16, as a high level, competitive equestrian rider. Back then, she was eating the typical Standard American Diet (SAD) and realized that she was not performing at her optimal level. In 2000, after giving birth to her 4th of five children, she had to have half of her thyroid removed, which was the beginning of a cascade of negative side effects, including sleep disturbances, hormonal fluctuations, low energy and libido, cognition issues, hair thinning and more. She has spent the last 23 years focusing on holistic ways to optimize her lab results, performance and daily life through making changes to her lifestyle.

Jill completed the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach program in 2018, the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy program in 2019, Supplement Specialist Certification in 2022, and the Revero Carnivore Coaching program in 2021. Helping people discover their unique longevity equation is her passion.
