In this episode, we dive into the concept of body trust and how it can transform the way we approach fitness, health, and self-care. Our guest challenges the idea that health is about shrinking ourselves and instead encourages us to embrace body trust, joyful movement, and food freedom.

We also explore what it means to break free from society’s rules about fitness and create our own path to feeling strong, confident, and at home in our bodies. It’s an empowering conversation about making space, rewriting the narrative, and building a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
