  • Episode 289 – How Food Connects Us with Lynne Bowman
June 10, 2025
Lynne Bowman

Food is often one of the first ways we learn to give and receive care. In this episode, we explore how meals, memories, and shared kitchens shape our relationships with ourselves and others. Through personal stories and reflections, we’re reminded that food is more than fuel. It’s connection, tradition, and often the most reliable thread we carry from one chapter of life to the next.

This conversation brings us into the heart of how we nourish ourselves on every level. We talk about the joy of simple ingredients, the stories behind family recipes, and the surprising ways that cooking can become a source of strength, humor, and healing. Whether food has been a place of celebration or challenge in our own lives, this episode offers a welcoming space to reflect on what it really means to be nourished.
