With over a decade of experience in holistic health, Kavita’s journey began when she burned out from a high-pressure career in finance and turned to ancient healing practices to restore her well-being. Now, she’s on a mission to make self-care simple and accessible for women who have spent their lives caring for others—helping them finally put themselves first.
