In this episode, we explore how the way we connect with each other in the smallest moments can ripple far beyond the conversation itself. Sometimes it is as simple as showing genuine interest in another person’s world that opens the door to connection.
Our discussion unfolds into a reflection on presence, compassion, and curiosity as everyday practices. What begins at home and in our closest relationships can deeply influence how we show up in our communities and the greater whole we belong to.
