We journey into the heart of what it means to support our mental wellbeing, inviting us to explore mental illness with a sense of agency and possibility. We reflect on the many dimensions that shape our health, creating space to think beyond the usual conventions Western medicine has to offer.
We question longstanding mental illness models and reimagine what care could look like through a person-centered, holistic approach. Would mental health and mental illness still be worlds apart if we moved beyond labels and started exploring the empowering intersection of body, mind, and spirit?
