In this episode, we look at how easy it is to move through life on autopilot, doing what is expected while feeling more and more distant from ourselves. It can seem like survival is enough, until a moment comes that makes us question if there is more.
What follows is the difficult work of noticing what we have been carrying and allowing space to feel it. From that place, safety begins to unfold inside, and with it the first glimpses of self-worth that change how we see ourselves and how we live.
Erin Mills

Erin Mills is a visionary entrepreneur, salon owner, and advocate for women’s healing and empowerment, driven by a mission to create spaces where safety, growth, and authenticity thrive. Determined to challenge the male-dominated salon industry and its often unsafe environments, she built salons where both clients and team members feel welcomed, supported, and uplifted. Her resilience was tested when she opened her first salon just five months before COVID shutdowns, yet community support helped the business recover and grow.
Beyond the salons, Erin shares the transformative power of creating true safety internally and externally, teaching that healing begins when we can sit with ourselves, listen to our bodies, and embrace both pain and joy. Through new initiatives like her meditation and tapping program, she guides women through the journey of rediscovering who they were called to be, reminding them that no one is too broken to begin again.
