September 10, 2022
Natalie Milom

Today marks World Suicide Prevention Day and this is a special bonus episode.

Trauma happens in many different ways and there are just as many ways to begin healing from trauma.

In this episode of the Jōrni Podcast, we speak with Dope Trauma Therapist, Natalie Milom, who incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing into her trauma therapy practice.

Natalie uses specific eye movements to help clients process and heal from trauma, without retraumatizing them.
